Megan Regnell, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified general pediatrician at Children's National Hospital and an instructor of pediatrics at The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Regnell currently serves as the associate medical director at the Children’s National primary care location at Shaw Metro. She obtained both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of South Carolina. She completed her pediatric residency at Cohen Children's Medical Center at Northwell Health in Queens, NY, and stayed there for an additional year to serve as chief resident.

Dr. Regnell is interested in medical education and helping to train residents and students. She is passionate about providing comprehensive preventive pediatric care, addressing mental health concerns in the primary care setting, and advocating for children's health on a local and national level. Outside of the clinical realm, she enjoys traveling with her husband, practicing yoga and taking her dog for walks.
