Kelly Kerrigan, PA-C, was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, where she starred on the varsity women's soccer team for four years. Following college, Kelly worked as an Ophthalmic Technician at Sieper's Laser Eyecare in Wayne, PA, where she gained valuable experience in preparation for physician assistant's school. Kelly obtained her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2019. Following graduate school, Kelly worked as an emergency medicine physician assistant at Children's National Hospital for over four and a half years before transitioning to the Division of Ophthalmology in August 2024.
