Jacob Harrison Schulman, MD

Fellow, Emergency Medicine

Jacob Schulman, MD, MHPE, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellow at Children's National. He earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed pediatric residency training at the University of Chicago. Dr. Schulman was drawn to Children's National for its strong commitment to medical education, collaborative culture, and exceptional clinical training opportunities. His scholarly interests include medical education and clinical ethics. Before pursuing medicine, he earned an undergraduate degree in dance and continues to find ways to incorporate that background into his academic work.

Fellows are fully credentialed, board-certified providers who can independently practice medicine but are in further training in their specialty. This specialty training is under the supervision of an attending physician.
