Anastasia Michelle Mosby, MD

Fellow, Emergency Medicine

Anastasia Mosby, MD, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellow at Children's National. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed pediatric residency training at the University of Virginia. During an away rotation at Children's National, Dr. Mosby was drawn to the program's fast-paced, high-acuity environment and supportive culture. She appreciated the institution's commitment to education, trainee development and mentorship, as well as the support fellows receive in pursuing their individual interests. Her academic interests include quality improvement, global health and health equity. Outside of medicine, she enjoys grilling and hosting summer barbecues.

Fellows are fully credentialed, board-certified providers who can independently practice medicine but are in further training in their specialty. This specialty training is under the supervision of an attending physician.
