Nujuma Moussa, MD

Pediatrician

Nujuma Moussa, MD, is a pediatric resident physician at Children’s National where she is training on the Primary Care Track. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, holistic care to infants through adolescents and their families.

Dr. Moussa’s clinical interests include preventive care, newborn and infant health, breastfeeding and lactation support, and health education. Outside of medicine, she enjoys yoga, cooking and baking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors and mentoring students interested in medicine.
