About the Provider
David Branson, MD, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellow at Children's National. He received his medical degree from VCU School of Medicine and completed pediatric residency training at the University of Utah. Dr. Branson was drawn to Children's National by its mission-driven faculty, opportunities for trainee autonomy, diverse patient population, and commitment to serving underserved communities through clinical care and advocacy. His research interests include advocacy, immigrant health, and combating human trafficking in healthcare settings. Outside of medicine, he once won his age group in a 140.6-mile triathlon.
