Brittany Nicole Fitzpatrick, MD

Fellow, Emergency Medicine

Brittany Fitzpatrick, MD, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellow at Children's National. She earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed pediatric residency training at Washington University and St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Fitzpatrick was drawn to Children's National because of the breadth of clinical care, high-acuity patient population, collaborative learning environment, and strong mentorship and research opportunities. Her professional interests include injury prevention, health equity, advocacy and public health. Outside of medicine, she enjoys boxing workouts and spending time with her toddler.

Fellows are fully credentialed, board-certified providers who can independently practice medicine but are in further training in their specialty. This specialty training is under the supervision of an attending physician.
